Day 1 – Arrival
Welcome to the land of Prosecco! Villa Cipriani, a gorgeous Renaissance mansion located amidst the hills of Asolo, will be your base for this itinerary. Enjoy some free time, then have a welcome aperitif in this outstanding location, followed by a delightful dinner paired with local wines.

Day 2 – Treviso and Palladian Villas
Today we suggest visiting Treviso, a fascinating walled town brimming with picturesque canals, frescoed houses and lively markets. Along the way, you’ll visit some splendid villas designed by Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio for wealthy Venetian families, who used them as their country house.

Day 3 – Asiago and its Cheese
This morning you’ll head to Asiago, a pretty mountain town renowned for producing a delicacy of the Veneto region: the Asiago cheese. After visiting the town centre, the team of a local cheese factory in Asiago, will welcome you to its premises to show you all the secrets behind the production of this beloved Italian cheese – and taste it! Then you’ll head back to Asolo where you can spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing at Villa Cipriani’s fabulous panoramic pool and wellness center or taking a leisurely stroll around the village.

Day 4 – Valdobiadene & Conegliano
Today is entirely dedicated to Italy’s most famous bubbles. First you’ll reach Valdobbiadene, one of the main towns on the Prosecco wine route, where you’ll take a tour of the Ruggeri vineyards to taste some Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG wine. Lunch will be a gourmet affair at Gigetto restaurant, followed by a scenic drive through vineyard-covered hills up to Conegliano, the other key centre of the Prosecco Superiore District.

Day 5 – Bassano del Grappa & Marostica
On the last full day of your trip, you’ll explore two of Veneto’s jewel towns and learn more about another great product of the region, the grappa, a spirit made from pomace. Your first stop will be the medieval walled town of Marostica renowned for its life-sized chess game. Then you’ll move to Bassano Del Grappa, where you’ll indulge in traditional lunch at Da Ottone and taste the prized grappas of Nardini. Before heading back to Asolo, you’ll take a guided tour of the town centre and its famous covered bridge. In the evening, a fabulous firewall dinner awaits you at Villa Cipriani.
