Journey

Day 1 – Arrival

We are in Valpusteria, in the heart of the Dolomites. The historic Hotel Adler will be your base for this itinerary. Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome aperitif in this outstanding location, followed by a delightful dinner paired with local wines.

Day 2 – Lakes & Mountains

In the morning you’ll visit Lake Braies, an enchanting alpine lake with a fairytale-like scenery, and then stop at Alpe Pagras, where locally grown fruit is turned into exquisite delicacies. After an exclusive lunch at the Michelin-starred Tilia restaurant, it’s time for another incredible alpine wonder, the Three Peaks of Lavaredo, whose huge pinnacles are a symbol of the Dolomites. Then spend the rest of the afternoon enjoying some well-deserved moments of relaxation at the hotel’s spa.

Day 3 – Bressanone and Cheese

Your destination for today is Bressanone, the oldest town in South Tyrol. After exploring the cultural treasures of its ancient past, you’ll visit Degust, a local shop specialized in cheese refinement, before discovering one of the most important monasteries in the entire Tyrolean region, the Augustinian Abbey of Novacella, and its wine estate. A fabulous farewell dinner will then await you at Hotel Adler.

Day 4 – Mountains and Prosecco Land

Time for a change of scenery. But before waving goodbye to the mountains, you’ll visit the glamorous resort town of Cortina D’Ampezzo, surrounded by a stunning natural scenery. After lunch, you’ll hit the road to the magical land of Prosecco. Your first taste of the region will be Conegliano, a delightful town immersed in a landscape of rolling vineyards. Then you’ll arrive at Villa Cipriani, your base for the final leg of this trip, where you’ll be welcomed with a delightful aperitif and dinner.

Day 5 – Wine tastings and relaxing moments

Today you’ll learn all about Italy’s celebrated sparkling wine. First you’ll explore Valdobbiadene, one of the main towns on the Prosecco wine route, followed by a tour of the Ruggeri vineyards to taste some Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG wine. After lunch, you’ll visit Tenuta Amadeo, an Asolo DOCG winery producing another blend of the Prosecco Superiore DOCG family. Then spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing at Villa Cipriani’s fabulous panoramic pool or wellness center.

Day 6 – Departure
