Caffe Dei Fiori Ristorante opened in November 2014 on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. It is the creation of Owner and Executive Chef, Daliso Gulmini, who was born and raised in Bologna, Italy, one of the great culinary capitals of Europe. His vision is to remain true to authentic Italian cuisine while interpreting it through his own unique experience and palate to create delicious dishes that New Yorkers have never enjoyed before.
Caffe Dei Fiori Ristorante is based on three core principles: authenticity; clean and pure flavors, sourced from the finest ingredients; and a gracious, welcoming atmosphere. The interior features unique architectural and design elements, custom made in Italy, as well as an al fresco garden.
